I cannot comment on the likeness as I am unfamiliar with the subject. However this is a very good piece. Your hair is perfect. I rush things and it shows but you did not and that deff shows. I am not sure how long you worked on this and what if anything is frustrating you but your pencil work is very advanced.

Thanks!! well, if you asked yourself for the title of this work, that's not because any frustration or something similar, it's just a title that I give to everyone famous portrait people in my gallery, I think that each one is better that the previos work, and it's is another reason for this kind of titles... thanks a lot comments by you.

it's pretty good. you just need to work on the hands more and better values. as for the hair, you shouldn't waste your time drawing every line like that, you could just make it one tone and erase the highlights out. also making the hair so detailed takes away from the focal point of every portrait (the face!)

remember it's not about the most realistic, it's about the most interesting. with the right marks and technique you can make your portraits a lot better. maybe you should look at the sketches in my gallery and feed off of that, if you haven't seen them already.

mmm... Ok, very interesting point fellow, I can see some of simplicity in a peculiar way, very fine features and good worked lines, really is a very diferent style than mine, but I like it so much, you've got a original proposition for the art.
well about your suggestions, I'll take them on my mind! thank you very much and, I hope you keep checking my work

yeah for sure, i've been in art college for four years now and have learned a lot and don't mind giving other people advice.

hopefully you take my advice to heart and enhance your drawing skill and portraits. maybe one day you can stand out from other portrait artists alike.
